Please return your Brid-OVR™ in new/unused condition along with payment for return postage to Empty Pocket Farm; packaging and handling costs are gratis for exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your Brid-OVR™ please return in new/unused condition to Empty Pocket Farm and we will refund the purchase price to you promptly. Although not required, please let us know the reason for the return. For security reasons, ALL halters will be sent U.S. Priority/Insured Mail, so a signature for delivery is necessary.
